Return Policy

Returns Accepted — Unopened Packages Only
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the package is completely unopened and in its original, sealed condition. Once a package has been opened, we are unable to accept a return under any circumstances.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns on Opened Packages
Ready Stitch™ needles are sharp, single-use tools designed for direct contact with hair, scalp, and skin. Once a package has been opened, there is no way to verify that the needles have not been used, handled, or exposed to bodily fluids, hair, or other contaminants.
Accepting opened needle packages back into inventory would pose a serious health and safety risk to other customers and to our team. For the protection of everyone, all opened packages are considered final sale — no exceptions.
This policy is consistent with industry standards for sharp beauty tools and is in place to protect you and others.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a photo showing the package is still sealed and unopened.
We will provide return instructions. Items must be received back within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and work to make it right.
